Inspircd released 2.0

lightIRC is a free Flash IRC client that includes all well known IRC features.
It supports stylesheets for it’s own skins, has support for multiple languages, and can be used with every IRCd.
lightIRC supports channels, queries, a lot of IRC commands, some CTCP commands and is much customizable through StyleSheets. It has multi language support (currently English, Spanish, German, Turkish, Hungarian, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Serbian, Estonian, Romanian) and a nice GUI to set kicks, bans and channel modes.
The client uses a socket to connect directly to the IRC server (no XMLSocket, no gateway).
You need flash policy server running at IRCD’s host. Otherwise the lightIRC client can not connect to your IRCD. Here is a link of how to setup a socket policy server: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/socket_policy_files.html
Well, I almost forget to mention about KhmerIRC network. It was born in 2005. Some IRC chatters might already know about this network. Currently, they have only one IRC server node. You can connect them with this following address: /server irc.khmerirc.net. Unfortunately, some ISP’s block the access to this server for some various reasons.
Before, they used UnrealIRCD with Anope. Now, the netadmin had switched IRCD software to new modern Inspircd.
Today, I just found another web-based messenger. Its name is communication tube. At the moment it supports IRC, MSN and Gtalk.
Communication Tube is fully compatible with the popular web browsers:

I just remember this network after I mentioned about khmerzone in previous post. As far as I know, its network admin split from khmerzone network for some various reasons which I do not know and I do not want to know. :p
You can connect to them via this address: /server irc.camfuture.net. I guess they are running UnrealIRCD and Anope stable version.

I almost forget to talk about khmerzone irc network which is another small group network with khmer people. You can connect to their network via this address: /server irc.khmerzone.org. They are using UnrealIRCD and anope 1.8 stable. Their offical channel for chatting is #cambodia.

Actually, it’s abit late to mention about this tiny irc network. It was born quite some times (about a few months already I guess). The IRCD is inspircd 1.1 with anope 1.9 devel. You can go and have a look at this quite network via this address : /server irc.aisolution.biz.
